Ordered by God: Building Strong Families through Biblical Roles and Boundaries
TikTok, Instagram, and well-intended “pop psychologists” are targeting families desperate to find the answers to successful and fulfilling relationships and parenting. God established a divine order for families to reflect His wisdom, love, and authority. When each member embraces their God-given role, families experience harmony, security, and resilience. This class explores the biblical foundation for family hierarchy and connects these truths with practical insights from family systems and attachment theories.
Together, we will examine the key subsystems of family life and learn how healthy boundaries and consistent expectations create stability and confidence, especially for children. We’ll discuss how disorder and blurred roles lead to conflict, confusion, and even marital strain, while God’s order produces peace and strength. This class is both biblical and practical, offering encouragement for couples and parents who want to build families that honor God and cultivate thriving relationships.
